Our claims team is an established group of experienced “hands on” professionals who are knowledgeable in territory and industry disciplines, particularly our involvement and experience in handling catastrophe losses such as hurricanes and earthquakes.
We pride ourselves on quick response times and communication, enabling us to effectively communicate with TPA’s, Adjusters, and other claims experts, thus facilitating quick claims turnaround times. The team is headed by our Claims Director – Russel Hicklin.
